Services Offered

  • A representative of the team will receive the guest at Airport (Hyderabad International Airport).
  • Transport to Hospital / Hotel as per the admission plan.
  • Helping with a local mobile phone connection after arrival in Hyderabad.
  • Arranging visit/ admission to the hospital.
  • On arrival at the hospital, the patient and bystanders will be taken to the International Waiting Lounge by a member of the International patient assistance team for further formalities like registration, verification of passport and VISA, signing of the consent forms and so on.
  • There will be an exclusive floor for International patients.
  • Individual patient attention by the Guest Assistants.
  • Guest Relation Executives are given multilingual training to facilitate easy communication with the guests and interpretation services.
  • Dedicated translator to offer assistance in communication.
  • International cuisine offered.
  • Free Wi-Fi for an unlimited Internet connection.
  • Sightseeing, and other activities arranged before admission upon request.

Packages

Aster Prime offers value packages for international patients, including travel, transportation, hotel accommodation, stay at the hospital, consultation and treatment, and leisure (if any).

Planning the Package

The family of the patient can contact our International Desk through phone/fax/email for medical requirements and concerns, along with investigation reports/referral letters from the referring doctor for the reference of our expert consultants. The International Desk Coordinator will then get in touch with the patient with all details like the proposed treatment plan, cost of treatment and will also offer travel advice. The most suitable plan can be chosen and confirmed with the Coordinator.

Payment Mode

An estimate of expenses as per the requirements of the patient (stay and treatment) will be given by the International Patient Executive. An advance amount/ full amount will have to be paid before departure for the home country.
